For over twenty years Sorin has built a remarkable legal career. He was senior associate with one of the prime players in the Romanian legal field and a founding partner of one of the largest law firm from Romania. His professional background was enriched by working for more than three years in the highest level of the state administration field.

He counseled various companies acting in Romania, local and foreign investors, in different areas of practice starting with corporate affairs and real estate, project development, media and advertising or employment. As a state secretary, Sorin had the opportunity to gain understanding over the commercial entities business from a public perspective.

Sorin is a law graduated of the University of Bucharest Law School and he has an LLM in Business Law from the University of Bucharest Law School. He also holds a certificate from the Romanian National Defense College. Sorin is a member of Bucharest Bar Association and Romania Bar and he is fluent in Romanian (as native language), English and French.
